In a shocking incident, a person named William alias Sensa Sangma was killed by some miscreants in Jarihat of Boko district. The miscreants used an AK-47 rifle to kill the deceased and the horrendous incident occurred at night time on Saturday, May 1.
The killed Sensa Sangma was from Tura of Meghalaya and was in a relative’s house at Boko. According to reports, Sensa Sangma was accused of serious crime and local people claimed that a Garo millitant outfit might have killed him.
Assam Police has started their initial investigation regarding the matter. The incident occurred near Assam-Meghalaya border.
