Guwahati, June 08 (NKTV): A team of Barpeta Police today seized 88 bottles of illegal foreign liquor and apprehended two liquor dealers. The apprehended dealers have been identified as Dandajit Oja and Sanjay Das.
It has been alleged that the two were running the illegal liquor business based on secret understanding with some unscrupulous officials of the administration.
Meanwhile, a team of Musalpur Police Station in Baksa today intercepted a vehicle and recovered 45 cartons of Beer being transported. Two persons have been apprehended for further legal action.
