Guwahati, June 13 (NKTV): A team of Bongaigaon Police on Saturday night detained a food delivery executive for ferrying alcohol in his scooty. The scooty too has been seized by the Police along with the alcohol. The apprehended person has been identified as one Harry.
It may be mentioned here that Harry was ferrying the alcohol during the curfew hours while he was stopped at a check point and detained on recovery of the alcohol. The team of Bongaigaon later conducted a search at the New Maharaja Hotel.
The food delivery executive is presently in police custody; investigation is underway.
